because nakako is a jerk, he once said in an interview that he can make music alone without the band (and yes, damn, he could do that!). haha... well, i don't know the real reason. maybe they just tired working in a band. but the member's post-supercar works sound similar tough. even nakako sing and play some guitar tracks in miki's solo works.:D | |

It was pretty much officially stated "due to dividing interests in music", basically meaning that Nakako and Miki wanted to try out their own styles. If you listen to both you can tell that they're super similar to Supercar, but in different aspects. I think alone they make great music, but it was even better when they were together. | |
