Meaning:

Those who do not know who Narcissus is will most certainly be utterly confused by this song.

Narcissus (according to wikipedia) was a Greek hero who was renowned for his beauty.  He scorned all who loved him, and as divine punishment he fell in love with his reflection in a pool, not realizing it was his.  He eventually died by that pool, not being able to leave his own beautiful reflection.

Venus was the female god of beauty in Greek Mythology.

Here's a couple of things which will clear up the meaning of the above lyrics:

1. The "mister" referred to in the song is Narcissus.

2. The last three lines which mention "creep" and "cool" in the song are all contextual.  The first is the guitar song's style creeping, the second is the state of his insanity (from not leaving his reflection) creeping, and the third is his idealogical style (same as second, basically).

Everything else should be simple enough to understand now, beside the fact that the first four lines have nothing to do with Narcissus.
